Dear Katie, Lee and Made,

Well no words can express how wonderful our wedding day was , and mostly because of you and your teams amazing coordination and advice.
We had a vision of how we wanted our day to be and what we received exceeded all of our expectations.
Our guests were blown away by the amazing chapel , the villa setting , music, and most of all the beautiful food and drinks provided, all of which came highly recommended from yourselves.

The photo book and photos are out of this world, John hates having his photo taken and I’m overly critical of photos of myself but Ricky and Co captured the love we have for each other so well and happy tears were shed on every page.

Coming from a self confessed control freak, I was able to relax and enjoy the day without any worry or stress( even when I was running late, your thoughtful showing me a picture of the chapel, put my mind at ease and allowed me to just relax and enjoy thank you )

Your professionalism in dealing with hiccups and your ability to fix them without us even knowing what went wrong, shows how great you are at what you do. You went above and beyond what we were expecting and in dealing with the village hiccup at the end of a huge day for you all we thank you for that. Especially Made who looked physically worried and upset about it, please pass on that although we were disappointed the music was cut short, we continued to have our party and still thoroughly enjoyed the night., but appreciated his and your conversing with the village people to try and resolve the situation.

We can’t say thank you enough guys, it was awesome!!!

If we here of anyone wanting to get married in Bali , we will definitely send them your way…….

You and the wider Baliku team made our wedding night in Bali the fun filled night we hoped for. Bali has so many positive elements to make it a brilliant wedding location but as we started researching what goes into hosting a wedding there, we got a quick picture that you need to be very careful what vendors you choose. The Baliku team took all the risk out of this, they always gave me a nice range of local and international options and understood that each couple have different expectations so always guided us in the right direction for each decision. Despite being busy I was always impressed in Lee’s responsiveness as we pinged each other on different topics.

The wedding night was exactly what we hoped – relaxed and fun all the way. The setting was perfect and the decoration company plus caterer were international standard. We had a specific band we wanted and despite Baliku not having a relationship with them, that was no problem.

We would strongly recommend them anytime.

A long overdue note to say a big thank you for your support and help on the best day of our lives. It truly was a day (and week) to remember – both for us, and our guests.

Lee, you were fantastic at always replying to my countless number of emails promptly and addressing all of my questions/concerns in both a personable and professional manner. Thank you very much for your support and patience – I’m not sure how I rank on the bridal OTT scale, but I’m sure I’m up there 🙂 I think we truly appreciated the value of a wedding planner on the actual day itself – when it came to coordinating the various vendors, the guests, the execution of the run sheet (which was changed many times prior to the day!) and just supporting us, the bridal party. It made the experience for us and our guests a wonderful and relatively stress-free one.

There were a number of things we loved about the day that you helped deliver. These included the fire dancers, the delicious food, the decorations (especially my bouquet), the music, the venue, the cake… the list goes on. We often questioned the decision to have a destination wedding, however do not regret it one bit as it was the most magical setting that we will never forget. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to other prospective brides and grooms, although one piece of advice that I would offer is to do lots of research and try to personalise the day as much as possible – pinterest and etsy are the best! Oh and my second piece of advice… what may look like only “barely there” tan lines in real life can become a lot more visible in the professional photos, so either tan very evenly or get a spray tan!!!!

When planning a wedding in another country it can be very daunting but with Lee it couldn’t of been easier! The service Lee and the team provided was outstanding and so professional, yet I never felt like I was asking a stupid question 🙂 all of Lee’s suggestions or recommendations made the decision process much easier when it came to all the details like the decorations, caterers and photographer. The staff at the Mandira were amazing. One thing I definately have to comment on was the food. Everyone commented on how good the food was and quite a few people said it was the best food they have had since being in Bali. It was amazing and completely exceeded our expectations.

From day one Lee, you have been thoroughly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Over the 8 months of planning my dream Bali wedding my questions were sent to Lee on a daily basis, this did not bother her, I had replies within 2 hours every time, and nothing was out of the question.

Within no time Lee understood my unique style and vision, then suggested and sourced the most beautiful options for us.

Planning a wedding overseas via email was very scary for my family. Baliku weddings went out of their way to look after my whole family and ensure that no matter what happened, I was going to have my dream day.

Everybody that attended the wedding commented on the day being the ‘best wedding’ they have ever attended and I can only agree, it was far more than we could’ve ever imagined, everything was planned to perfection, beautifully presented and the event was so much fun, ran like clockwork and that’s thanks to all of your teams hard work.

Our wedding journey with Baliku started with Katie, but due to the expected arrival of Baby Number 1 for Katie around our wedding date, we transferred to Lee’s care for the rest of our preparation. The girls did this seamlessly with much relief to the bride. Our whole experience was exceptional. Our wedding threw up quite a few challenges, seering heat and humidity, groomsmen fainting during the ceremony just to name a couple. I am a big fan of constructive criticism but unfortunately we’ve got nothing for you! You and your team were professional, incredibly helpful and the day was just amazing. I feel like all our ‘thank you’s will never be enough; you, the girls and Made were amazing and made the day so much fun for us. Since we’ve been home we’ve heard again and again how beautiful the day was and how much our guests enjoyed themselves, this is so great to hear since it was our major focus.

We approached Baliku weddings after we’d selected our venues to assist us in putting together a beautiful day. I loved the idea of working with an Australian who lived locally and could assist in overcoming the language and cultural barriers. Baliku also represented great value for money when compared with other event companies in the area. The other important factor when selecting Baliku was their preferred vendors; all of the highly recommended companies I’d researched were their first choice!

We have been blown away with their professionalism and service. At each step during the process the communication was clear and all emails were responded to promptly. Katie had some great suggestions and made planning the little details so easy for us.

The day went perfectly, the team were across all venues and kept track of our guests and vendors as well as keeping the bridal party happy. Our guests were amazed at the day that we were able to provide them and Baliku were a huge part of that. Natalie the super star.

If you are thinking a having a wedding in Bali please be rest assured you will have a perfect day if you go through Natalie and Baliku Weddings.

Even though I had not personally met Natalie till a couple of days before the wedding, it was like meeting an old friend.

From the moment I sent the first email till the wedding day, Natalie’s service was brilliant. She organised everything for us….EVERYTHING.

The wedding day at Bali Mandira ran like clockwork. They also know what they are doing. The decorations and the venue were spectacular. The food was absolutely beautiful and there was so much of it, I assure you no one went hungry. The Bali Moon Cocktails were very popular and they just kept coming. The photographer’s photos were just as good as anything you would pay thousands of dollars for in Perth. Then getting a book and CD’s with over 2000 photos on is something unheard of elsewhere for the price.

There was no stress throughout the whole process…..there was just a fantastic wedding at the end of it that ALL of our guests thoroughly enjoyed.
