An exciting opportunity is available for an Office/Admin Assistant to join our wedding planning company in Bali.

Roles:
Providing administrative support.
Perform basic accounting functions.
Handling of phone calls.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
Maintaining an efficient and effective administrative filing system.
Reporting directly to Office Manager.

Qualifications:
Open to Indonesian citizen only.
Experienced in office environment.
Presentable, reliable and have good telephone manner.
Understanding of computers such as using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
