The altar will be set up with aromatic incense and an arrangement of white antherium and tuber-roses. The Minister of Religion, the Groom and the Wedding Party will be in attendance at this altar.
Three strikes of a Balinese gong will announce the Bridal Procession. Eight Balinese Flower Girls, dressed in traditional Balinese costume, will lead the procession by walking down The Stairs of Heaven to the ceremonial altar. As the Bride enters the wedding ground, the flower girls will stand aside to form a line on each side of the aisle; they will then sprinkle flowers at the Bride’s feet as she passes through.
